Bottom trim of Dometic freezer door loose
The Dometic freezer door in our 2600RB has come loose on a long trip and I have to play with it to get it to close. It doesn't appear to be broken, just loose. Any ideas, suggestions on how to reattach it? I've been able to use some duct tape to hold it, but it still moves and the door is hard to close.

Did you get any documentation on the fridge. How too tighten it up may be in the installation instructions

Spoke with Dometic and was given a parts number. Apparently no one has this one plastic part for less than $55, and even then they don't know when they can deliver.
I came up with a fix that works. 1/2 inch long #4 screws. Drill a 1/8 inch hole through the plastic where the screw will have something to bite into in the door. With flat heads, the part is locked in place and the screw heads do not interfere or stick down below the plastic. Cost was about 12 cents.2020 F-250 XLT SuperCrew 7.3L Blue Ox SwayPro, 2020 Imagine 2600RB,
