    Camper skirts

Full timing in a grand design 2670 and was wondering if anyone has thoughts on winter skirts. This is the first of many years living in Clovis NM and am unsure if I should skirt or not. What is everyone else doing? What brand are you using? Anyone know of a local company that will come out to a site and install skirts? Thank you all in advance for the info!

We skirted ours, ourselves. We used the system KYD featured on their youtube a while back--the EZ Snap system https://ezsnapdirect.com/product-category/rv-skirting/. It held up well enough, but we needed more than the recommended number of attachment points to deal with the winds, especially in the front.

Also, pipe system to hold the bottom didn't work so well for us. Experience taught us to install grommets at the ground contact points of the skirt and use tent stakes. We bought our grommet kit from Home Depot and the metal spike type tent stakes from Harbor Freight.
