If it were mine, I would pull the power port off and check for sealing of the top part of that gasket. And also checking how well it seals when closed.

Went out to check on mine and there a little felt like gasket on the cover that covers the whole where you plug in when the cover is closed. My cover also clicks when closed, if that makes a difference.

Good advice. I have the same issue on our 2017 Reflection 307MKS. I think the water is coming in between the power port and the side of the trailer and seeping into the back side of the plug where there is a joint between the door part of the port and the inside cord. If I dry out the inside of the port, more water seeps in. I removed the 4 screws attaching it to the side of the trailer and can see that the trailer wall is wet inside. Also the bottom 2 screws are rusted inside the wall so clearly there is a lot of moisture in there. The port just has a rubber gasket with no other sealant. I'm going to seal it.

My previous camper had same issue only when plugged in. I found that the weight of the cord would flex the outlet just enough to create a gap. I removed plug, resealed then used a 90 degree adapter on the end of my cord. The 90' connector shifted the weight to pull more down.

Exterior Power Port
Ours has this problem even when not plugged in. And the screws were tight when I removed them. Agree that 90 degree would help.

The power port itself is not waterproof when the cord isn't installed. If you notice, there is no seal or gasket there, just some ridges to keep it shut. Once the cord is installed and screwed down properly it is water sealed. Blow it out and plug it in if there is water in there. Happens every time it rains the right way/hard enough or when I wash the trailer.

Personally, I would be concerned about rusting as the pictures you posted seem to show that’s happening. If you’ve removed and the back wall is wet, me thinks you have a bigger issue than just “water in the plug”.
