Best portable air compressor/charger to takewhen traveling
We will be heading to the Grand Design National Rally. Once it's over we'll be heading west on our first "long" trip out to North and South Dakota.
I'm thinking I should have a portable charger and air compressor should I need it when traveling.
Our Solitude has load range H very high pressure tires. I know I should get something capable of filling them appropriately.
What do other's of you that travel cross country use?
What other "must have" tools should I be carrying?

VIAIR is real popular on here. I use the Milwaukee, it's been real good and you set the pressure you want it to stop at. Some also use the Dewalt.
I also carry with a Noco G7200 charger, it's small and light but I've never had to use it. I also carry the Noco booster pack. Again, small and light.

I carry a Porter Cable 150 psi small 120V air compressor. I have 110 psi "G" rated tires and a 120 psi rated compressor will be very slow to reach
110 psi. I also carry a 20 ton bottle jack, and 25" breaker bar, just in case of a flat, and no roadside service, it happens. Other than that a small
tool kit of assorted wrenches, and a credit card or two.
Of course a lot depends on where you travel, and where you stay.Howard and Peggy

Viair fan here too. But the stock pressure gauge on ours was off by 8 lbs.
We ended up getting the VIAIR 00042 Digital Tire Inflation Gun with 2.5" Gauge and Carry Bag for more accurate reading.
I triple check with digital and analog air guages and the aforementioned is the most accurate.2021 310GK-R - MorRyde suspension and pin box. Sumo Springs. Solar, 7k axles.

I carry a ryobi cordless 18v portable air compressor. Works great for small tasks on the road.

I do have the Porter Cable, but this thread has me considering a cordless small compressor/inflater. Since I have many DeWalt cordless tools
I'm leaning toward the DeWalt inflater. Pretty light, small, and cordless. Although it does say you can use cordless, 12V, or 120V, but it doesn't
come with the necessary power cords. If I get it I'll come back with a report on it.Howard and Peggy

I've ordered the DeWalt cordless compressor and I'll post back when I get it and actually try it out. It's supposed to be here next Friday.
