Lippert Ground Control 3.0 OCTP leveling system
The Lippert OCTP levelling system on my 2021 Reflection 260RD is not working. Legs are stuck down in auto level position. OCTP display says levelers offline. All other functions are online. Anyone else experience this or have idea for solution?

Have you tried the manual pad, not the touch screen? Another option might be a system reset, turn off your 12v system with the disconnect switch and then back on. Check for any blown fuses in the front compartment.

Thanks FT4NOW. The manual pad does not respond, green led does not come on. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting 12v switch, no luck. I’m not seeing any fuses around the control box. But as my wife tells me, just cause I don’t see them doesn’t mean they’re not there

Sounds like it isnt getting power or there is a loose wire. I would start checking all connections related to the manual pad, the one control brain (probably behind the false panel in basement) and the level up controller which should be somewhere in the front compartment, probably overhead area.

Problem solved. Mobile mechanic found the control box in overhead of front compartment. Four fuses which he pulled each one, inspected and put back in. Four wiring connections, one for each leveler, which he disconnected, inspected, and reconnected. And one blue tooth wireless device which he disconnected, inspected and reconnected. OMG it worked. I’m back in business.
