Awning falls of hub
While retracting the awning on my 2021 Imagine 2400BH, the 3 screws holding the hub (Motor drive side) on the tube loosened enough to fall off. The tube and awning came down and landed on my daughter-in-laws shoulder then rested on the picnic table. My son was able to find replacement screws and fix the problem, but I don't know if there was damage done to the other components, like slightly bent shafts/tubes. It seems to function ok. Check the screws on your awing!! 3 on each hub.

Exact same happen to me with the Jayco back then. Replaced the screws with #10 self tapping as that was the only that came close at the hw store in the village we were at. Worked great and no damage. We still talk to the owner and it still working great. I say, if it retracts and extend ok then you'll be fine.
