There are still dealers giving 27% or there about discount, though the list prices have gone up. Priced one out at three locations this week (caution, another price increase coming this weekend I am told). That said, I've seen ads as low as $85K (about 16K more than last fall's price). I can only say that my out the door quotes ran in from the high 90's and up but with a lot of options - about $18K worth. Down to choosing interior color this weekend and ordering shortly if the coming increases don't bite too hard.

I believe at least 3 price increases since earlier this year when we purchased in February ($70k with king bed, gen prep, and slide toppers), but the 25-30% off full "MSRP" still seems possible based on current anecdotal comments.
If you're close or don't mind a road trip, Sonny's in Concord NC (Charlotte area) has no nonsense pricing (no freight or delivery fees) and some decently honest people there.
