I have found I actually like having two chucks, one that is straight https://www.amazon.com/Milton-S-693-...e%2C152&sr=1-5 and one that is offset https://www.amazon.com/Milton-S-690-...e%2C152&sr=1-6

That angled chuck won't work with my wheels, I have to have the other angled one. Mine looks more like the straight chuck you showed.

I got tired of fighting the inner wheels on some trucks at work so I outfitted them with a Crossfire Tire Equalizer. It balances the pressure, gives you a color indicator for over/under pressure and puts the valve stem right on the center hub.

Which one for which wheel? I have the angled Milton and while it works on the inner tire, it is difficult to get it to seat properly.

I opted to not use extensions on the F450 - just one more area of potential failure. I bought a Milton 553 dual-head locking chuck w/gauge and a Milton S-976 dual head gauge. Both work great on the duals.
