It might, but pyramids should be avoided and will cause problems, water is your friend. Start of with a few gallons in the black tank after it is dumped and use plenty as you go along. As stated earlier in this thread by Walaby in post #8 most of us have found that over time black and grey tank gages are notoriously inaccurate. Black tank sensors get tp, poop etc on them. Grey tank sensors get coated with soap, grease and who knows what else that goes down our kitchen sink/shower/bathroom lav drains. I have seen many ideas put forth to fix this and improve sensor performance. If you use the search function you will find lots of ideas. I have tried a few commercial products with mixed success. With our black tank I don't pay to much attention to the gage. When the sewer gas starts to build up and it "burps" I dump it. The gray tank gage seems a little better but I just dump it every few days based on how heavy it has been used.
