Leveling Jacks
I have a 2021 Solitude. When it's in storage should I put all the leveling Jacks down, or simply let the trailer rest on the front 2......

IMO you're better off keeping the legs protected from the elements as long as you can. Personally I don't see any reason to expose the legs to harsh
conditions unless they're in use. If you're near the ocean, the moisture can be detrimental to the exposed metal. The legs are usually chromed to resist
corrosion, but why take unnecessary chances. JMO of course.Howard and Peggy

I have always put down the front 2 stabilizing jacks when my camper is in storage. My reason is because the last camper I owned (it was over 15 years old when I got rid of it) seemed to have the front tongue part of the frame bending upward. I do not know why it was bending but I figured that since my camper is stored the majority of the time, it would be best to spread out the weight of the front of the camper to 3 points vs 1 with just the tongue jack.

The metal in the jacks is galvanized and made to withstand harsh weather conditions. Don't worry about it.

Maybe yours are chrome. Mine are not. Chrome would not hold up the the repeated movement and friction without chipping and peeling.
Why don't you call Lippert and find out for sure?2010 Jayco 26(SOLD)
