the bedroom works great, the living room no signal. Inside the top cabinet the cable plate has two connections. The top one I het nothing, the bottom one I get 14 channels on cable and they are all snowy?

Hi Don - Welcome to the forum! If you are getting a snowy picture on the TV while hooked to cable, make sure that the power amplifier is turned off. I'm not sure which rig you have, or how it's set up. The power amplifier on our 2014 Reflection 337RLS is located on the TV jack in the bedroom. It is a red push button switch. If it is turned on while I'm hooked to cable, it causes lots of snow and interference.

Make sure your Antenna Signal Booster switch is OFF (if you are using cable.)

Thanks for the response, I did check it and it's off. The bedroom TV is clear just the living room one is trouble. I guess I need to follow the cable and check all connections?

Certainly sounds like a connection issue if your amplifier is off and the other TV works correctly. The other jack you are seeing is for connecting a satellite TV system, every location needs its own feed and receiver which you can see in the basement with a myriad of cable connections going to every TV location.

I would start at the jack in the BR as it should split there and go to the LR.

Where is your shore connection? Should run for there to the bedroom where the amplifier is built into the jack then from there to the cabinet where you saw the two connections then that runs down to the TV. The spitter/s are usually built into the amplifier or in the cavity behind it.

You might try removing wall plates and check all connections behind wall plates. Our manual shows a wiring diagram of coax .
