Hi All,

New to the RV lifestyle. Picking up a 2022 Solitude 310GK-R on Friday. Tow vehicle 2021 RAM 3500 Laramie HO diesel, 4x4, Dually.
Have done lots of research on recommended Apps, Accessories etc. as well as pros/cons of 5th wheeling! I'm looking forward to getting past the "slightly overwhelmed" phase to the "happily on the road" phase.
Any recommendations/words of wisdom are very welcome.

The second last thing to do when you are hooked and ready to leave the dealer, is to have the dealer measure the maximum overall height (OH). When you get home make a label with the OH and place in on your dash.
The last thing to do is and set your mirrors, check your lights and test your brakes.

Start a departure checklist (keep it updated as you go) and use it every time.

PS - I also have a OH label for my unloaded truck on the dash. Useful for car washes and parking garages

I don’t mind to share. I bought a 2021 310GK that was preowned but virtually new from LazyDaze- Knoxville for $72K.
Hope that helps. It’s our third coach and we are way excited with it!
