2016 reflection 303rls high pitched noise coming from water heater

Hi we have been in our trailer about 2 weeks and recently started hearing this high pitched noise. Followed it to the water heater. I touched the connections to see if everything was tight. When I touched the fusible link (the one in the clear plastic tubing) it stopped I moved it again and it started up again. Moved it a few more times til it stopped and left it alone. Why does it make that noise. Is something wrong with that link. I’m still getting hot water. Is that an indication of it going bad.
Just trying to figure this out before I’m without hot water.
Thanks in advance for any help or advice
UPDATE: so we woke up with NO hot water. I went out and tapped that fusible link and the noise started again and now the water seems to be heating up. I am on the electric setting. Is this a normal noise
    Thanks
    Steve

I have a 2019, but no noise. I don’t know what that might be.

That's not normal, our water heater hasn't whistled yet and it's a '14.
A call to Dometic might help. (They bought it atwood some time ago)

Well I tried I few more things and this is what I found. It has the high pitched noise whether it’s heating I. Gas mode or electric or both but if you turn them off it stops. Also once the water gets to temp it stops. But o thought it was very strange that I could tap lightly on that fusible link and it stopped and basically turned off the heating. I feel like a new fusible link is in my future or have one as a back up.
Also a call to dometic is probably a good idea
    Thanks
