    New (to me) 397TH

We had been looking for a toy hauler for a while, and while we were looking at pretty much all brands, a very lightly used 2019 397TH came in at a dealer while we were there.

My wife wanted to see one in person before committing to another, and then she was like "2 baths, I'm sold on this floor plan"

Being delivered today, dealer didn't want me driving it off the lot with my truck because I have a "non standard vehicle".

And yes, hitch police, the truck is registered for the proper GCW/CVW and the components are all appropriately sized.

My F-450 is on order, but with chip shortage it will eventually be delivered?

We live in Va Beach, we used to full time when I was doing pipeline construction, just moving the rig as we moved from area to area. Haven't owned an RV in 10 years, but we are not 100% newbs.

I will say the "press button, level trailer", that is VERY NICE, compared to the old main jack and tire blocks for gross level, plus 4 hand crank stab jacks for stab and fine tuning.

Previous camper was a 2008 Puma 31FKBS which was on the larger side of non park model TTs.

Kind of unique a dealer that is honest abot what your truck can tow. Enjoy the new to you rig. Patience will certainly be needed waiting for the truck.. in the mean time there is always camp driveway.

Happy new camper. We didn't get that warning when we bought ours.

It tows fine. But I drive a Frankentruck so the component ratings don't match what the dealer says it can do, but their system also said I could only take a 1100 pound pin weight in a F250SD, so I think their data fir old trucks is inadequate.
