There are two controllers, in two separate locations:

The first controller is for the bedroom and kitchen slides. It's the easiest to access, and it's located inside the pass-thru on the street side (drivers side) of the trailer. As soon as you open the door, look up.

The second controller is for the couch & dinette. It's located inside the pass-thru on the passenger side (curb/camp side) of the trailer. You'll have to remove the fabric panel on your left, the one next to the GFCI receptacle. It basically sits under the stairs.

Much appreciated. When we pull it out of storage I will make a point of locating. The info provided will be most helpful.

Many thanks. I have also printed out the PDF from SoundSailor. I have included this document with my other GD documentation and information (tips, do's and dont's) from people on this forum. I hope never need to use it, but I will have it just in case.

Should have included this in my previous post (duh). My 2021 Reflection 31MB controllers (3) are located behind a black panel on the left side of the passenger side storage compartment. I think it was four screws removed the panel. Took a mobile mechanic to find them. Documentation from GD would have been nice.

The course is online and takes just a few hours. I left feeling more likely to be able to diagnose any slide issues on my own without having to call a mobile tech.

That seems like a good investment of time. I think I'll take that course.
