Looking for recommendations on a bed level or low profile truck tool box. Been in some tight backing situations having to put the truck in the ditch so I don’t want something high above the bed.

I have a Highway Products 5th wheel tool box. Not cheap but a great box. Sturdy, well made and a great locking system.

We ordered ours from Lowe's. It's low profile (below the rail) and it's large enough to hold 2 Honda generators oriented front to back (plus other stuff). And we can still put the cover on the bed when unhitched.

Now this was about 5 years ago, don't if it's still available.

My husband did some online looking around and found it at Auto Zone.

To “Livin” and “Learning” - thanks for the replies. Thinking about the Highway Products box. I’ll talk to them and get more information before I decide. Both have good looking boxes.
