B&W Companion height setting for F350 310 Solitude

I installed a B&W Companion (20,000 lb) for a 2021 310 Solitude and am wondering which height setting is best.
The truck is a 2021 F350 CC/LB 4x4 max tow with factory 18 inch Goodyear tires. The B&w hitch can be set on low, medium or high. I set it on medium. I have not picked up the RV so has anyone else found the best height setting for my application?

I'd set it medium in height and about 1" ahead of center point on the axle.

Thankfully B&W hitches are adjustable up and down , forward and back.
