    Front LED light strips

Has anyone changed out or used some sort or film to change the color / dim the brightness on the front LED lights ?

They are way to bright for normal use

They are way to bright but I am never sitting in front of the camper so I don’t see the point in fussing with them
One of mine is actually falling off

The black Gorilla tape will work perfectly for that. I'm tempted to carry some with me to offer out. Yeah, not a fan. LOL

We actually have good use for our front LED strip. Makes it pretty easy walking back from a campfire that's not right out the front door. I did notice about an inch of it that has failed in lighting up though. I know this doesn't in any way answer the OP's question though. I wonder if a tint spray would help resolve your brightness though. They use them on tail lights on vehicles, just tape off around the cap well if you decide to go that route.

I put a dimmer switch on ours and can control the brightness. Dim it down and use it in campground when walking the dogs late. Pretty easy to do.

Also lets me set the front cap lighting low and makes the trailer more visible while driving.

In some states it is illegal to have the light strips on while driving.

Really ? I would think since it’s forward facing , white light would be ok .

LEXEL is your friend to reattach the light strip. Once open it is hard to keep it, so i suggest the small hand squeezed tube over the calking gun sized tube. It is made by Sashco, our local home Hardware carries it.

I have replaced mine, a week after I replaced them a well placed pebble rendered one of the strips inop again... I'm over those lights lol. But like others have said you can pick up a dimmer switch to replace the one you have now.
