    Televator adjustments

On our 2022 310, the Televator is quite noisey, and when fully extended you can't change channels with remove because the TV is still hides the IR sensor just below the cabinet...can you adjust this? if so how?

The dining chairs tend to block the sensor on our TV (we changed out the one that came with the rig). I found that I can aim the remote at the ceiling and the light/signal (whatever) bounces off to the TV. Took a little while to find the right spot, though.

Had the same problem. As I remember (and I'm old with little short-term memory) I had to have a friend help me by lifting the bottom of the TV while I loosened bolts on the back and retightened them. Did not get much movement but it did help.

cg, welcome to the forum. You're going to get lots of help here from some great folks.

There are lots of threads about this and the resolutions many of us have tried.

If you use the search function and use the keyword "televator" you will find some of those threads. It would be a great way to acquaint you with the forum too.

In the meantime, here are a few links to what I did.....

I had the same problem and bought this IR repeater for $11 on Amazon. One end sticks on the TV IR sensor and you place the other end in a place that will be easily "seen" by the remote control. It plugs into a USB for power. I stuck the receiver end on top of the TV, works great.
