I looked in the rear view and 43’ of 1” rain gutter rubber was streaming alongside the Trailer.
Should it be replaced or will the gutter function ok without it?

    Thanks for any takes.

That's not the gutter, it's an insert that covers a screw rail. It's also on the front of the 5th wheel on the vertical part by the basement door. Had the same problem on my Momentum, just the front part. They sell replacement rolls online or you can call GD and see if they will send you some.

Should be ok, I'd still look for the replacement as it helps divert water away from all those screws.

Had something sort of similar happen on another brand. But only about 10 feet.
You will be ok in a rainstorm without it. It does help deflect water away, but the screws should be sealed as well.
It won't re-attach well so pull it the rest of the way off and buy new. It's pretty cheap...as evidenced by it's holding power...lol

Same thing happened to us. We stopped in a pullout and removed it. My husband reinstalled it with silicone the whole length. It originally was just pushed into place and attached only at the ends.

One an end is free and air gets under it... Super easy replacement, and you can buy the insert material from many places.
