That's not the gutter, it's an insert that covers a screw rail. It's also on the front of the 5th wheel on the vertical part by the basement door. Had the same problem on my Momentum, just the front part. They sell replacement rolls online or you can call GD and see if they will send you some.

Had something sort of similar happen on another brand. But only about 10 feet.
You will be ok in a rainstorm without it. It does help deflect water away, but the screws should be sealed as well.
It won't re-attach well so pull it the rest of the way off and buy new. It's pretty cheap...as evidenced by it's holding power...lol2018 Dodge 3500 6.7 Cummins SRW w/Aisin

One an end is free and air gets under it... Super easy replacement, and you can buy the insert material from many places.
