Just purchased a 2250RK, and was wondering what you GD guy's and gal's think is a descent cover? And also does anyone know the length of a 2250rk without tongue. Thank's for any info..

Congrats on your purchase and welcome!

We choose to cover and it has worked well for us, but because of where we live with high winds and full sun it take a huge toll on the cover. Plan on every other year getting a mew one.

As far as the tongue weight, take the GVWR of your trailer and multiply by .13. It will be pretty close to that. Worst case, multiply by .15.

GVWR for your rig is 7495lbs. Worst case is 15% of GVWR. 7495 X 15% = 1124 pounds.
