    Air Conditioning on Solar

The dream for many RVers is run their Air Conditioner using only their Solar System.

Here is a couple that built their dream Solar and Lithium system that allows them to operate both A/C units for 30 plus hours without Shore Power.

The Solar/Lithium system they installed is incredible.

    Here are the quick specs:

    12 Solar Panels ~ 2200 Watts

Frame mounting system for the Solar panels.

    4 Lithionics 48v batteries at 150ah yields 2400ah @ 12v (equivalent to 24 Battle Born batteries).

5000 Watt Victron Inverter (powers both 50a legs in coach).

Here is a link to the whole video:

Watching this video, I now know what Solar envy feels like.

Stopping with 8,000 lb Disc Brakes and Titan Hydraulic over Electric Brakes system.
Powering all this fun with 1200 Watts of Solar, two Tesla, Model S, battery modules, 24 volt Victron Inverter.

Lol! I know 3 Luxe owners who have solar packages that can run their Riga completely as well. Only one ever shared the cost with me - $38K. There's an outfit in Indiana (name currently escapes me) that does the configurations and installs for Luxe, Mobile Suites, etc. They use some nice residential panels too, and the cable work was true workmanship!

I am a big proponent of using Residential Solar panels for RV Solar installations. They are more efficient and you get more Watts per Dollar spent.

That's crazy and a crazy price tag. But I have to admit, it's pretty impressive.
