Dometic RM1350SL Light doesn't come on when you open the door

We just bought a 2019 Reflection 337RLS. It came with a Dometic RM1350SL refrigerator. While it appears to cool as you would expect when you open the door the light doesn't come on. I assumed it was the light so I replaced that but no dice. All of the fuses in the panel appear to be good (no red lights) and even the two fuses on the back of the fridge. I'm not sure where to look next. I don't even know where the switch is on this model. Any thoughts?

Pull out the bulb, or check the wiring to the light to see if it has power.

I checked for continuity across the bulb and have that. There is no voltage to the bulb.

Next check the switch that activates the light when the doors are open. Potentially a bad switch. When you check the switch, check on both sides. If you have power going in, but none coming out it is the switch, no power going in you need to trace the power wire to its source.

Are the switches the two whites pieces at the top of the door? I tried to upload an image but it didn't work. When I press on them there is very little resistance.

If you could pop them out and check the wires to see if you have voltage that would tell you where the issue is.

Good Deal. I spent a bit of time trying to find the part number for your fridge. Couldn’t find it. Couldn’t even get a good picture of it, I am pretty sure you have a bad door switch.
