    Coat Rack

Just purchased a 2022 337RLS. My last 5th wheel had a coat rack on the outside wall going up the stairs. I want to do the same but not sure what to use for screws/anchors.

Anyone else screw anything into the outside walls? What did you use?

    Thanks

I use 1/4" dry wall anchors. Careful when drilling the hole so you dont pop out through the outter wall.

We used the heavy duty metal decorative command hooks. We don't have a full coat rack, just three of the hooks.

Thanks for the reply folks. I was leaning towards the command hooks.

We have also found that the command hooks seem to be more successful if we clean the mounting area with isopropyl alcohol.

Used drywall anchors. As was said in the previous post, be careful not to drill to deep or......well you know.
I made my own rack and laid it out so that the screws that held it in place would also go through the screw hole on the hooks.

Not a great picture but here you go.
