Schwintek Slide Issue

A friend has a 2020 Imagine 2250RK. They've been on the road full time for nearly a year. Went to put their Schwintek slide out today and it wouldn't go out. No flashing lights or errors on the controller. It finally did go out. Sent me the attached picture of the track. Same gough on each corner of each track.

Any ideas on the problem?

That's quite a gouge, almost looks like a cut.
In the reference section there is a manual on the slide. Not sure if anything in there will help or not.

Not sure if this will solve anything, but here is a good video on the parts of the Schwintek slide and how they function. As can be seen, there are several parts that can affect the track:

If that pictures is against the slide box trim, which I believe it is, that drilled hole is normal. However, looks like it's been snagged, which would mean the adjustment of the mechanism is incorrect and pulling the box too deeply in. If so, needs adjustment fast before facing a bigger rebuild and should replace the bulb seals.
