    Temp sensors/wireless

Do any of you have the wireless temp sensors for fridge/freezer that you would recommend for others and have they been what you think are accurate.TIA

Here's the one I got, and it seems to work very well: https://www.lazada.sg/products/oria-...324470664.html. I didn't buy it here, but the price was the same.

My main concern was battery life since the sensors are in a cold area, but the regular alkaline batteries I put in are at 2 1/2 months and still going strong.

I use a wired temperature sensor to monitor my Dometic fridge. Installed it with a inside fridge cooling fan setup. Doesn't need any batteries to function other than hard wired trailer 12v. Verified the accuracy with a fridge thermometer - which was spot on.

Mounted above the fridge on wooden cabinet header with shutoff switch so that I could turn off fans/sensor and/or monitor fridge temps throughout day. Here are the parts I used - if interested:

Yeah, I installed a thermostat wired up to 12 V inside the fridge to run two 120 mm fans attached to the cooling fins. The cooling fans work great, but don't really need to run all the time, so I set
them to come on at 43° and shut off at 35°, so far has worked a treat.
