Great Factory visit
Made the trip to Middlebury yesterday and what a great day. Thanks to Roger for making sure the additional dresser was built and ready for us when we got there. Congratulations to Rob. Had great talk with him about the company, future plans and the philosophy of the company. Thanks to Tyler for a great tour of the plant. He was fantastic and we gained a lot of information on how the campers are built due to his knowledge of just about everything that goes into building these things. However..... Tyler when you come to my state, watch your back - I have lots of friends up here. And to Bill - it was a pleasure meeting you. You have a fantastic company with phenomenal employees. Yesterday just confirmed our decision that we bought the best camper on the market.

Echo that from our personal tour last Spring. Great people, willing to talk with you and, more important, listen. About the dresser, are they available as a factory purchase? As we spend more and more time away from home, another dresser would be perfect.

They had to build the one we got because the 368RD isn't made anymore. Contact customer service and they can put you in touch with the right people at the service center.

We too had a phenomenal experience at the GD factory. We met many wonderful folks, and we were treated like royalty. Not only did we get to see where the magic happens, but Jerry helped us get our repair problems rectified. We're disappointed in our dealer, but the folks in Middlebury really stepped up, and have made us happy that we're Solitude owners. Thanks again to all at GD!
