    HWY 412 in New Mexico

    Has anyone traveled Hwy 412 between I-25 and Hwy 87 to Clayton NM? We are in Santa Fe, leaving tomorrow, and GPS is taking us down to I-40 and then back up to Clayton rather than going to I-25N, east on Hwy 412 to 87. Is Hwy 412 not a good road for a camper?

    Would appreciate any input!

    412 is a two lane track. Use Google maps in both satellite mode and street view. It's also rough.
