Looking for a Splitter

When we purchased our RV in April the bedroom TV worked fine. We never tried to use it again for a couple months and a few hundred miles down the road. When I tried it again it indicates no reception or input. I am speculating that it's a loose wire at the splitter or a bad splitter. But I am unable to locate it. Can anyone provide some guidance? I did look behind the wall in the basement with no luck.

Look behind the basement wall (thin panel at to the rear of the basement storage area). A few screws and the panel comes out. I've downloaded and saved an image with the general layout and coax colors used by GD. I can't find it now, but I'll keep looking and upload it if I can find it.

2 splitters in a 2019 Solitude 3350R, near booster/TV and passthru.
