“Pulling safely” can only be determined by you

It should be well within the limits of your truck so that part will be fine

Are you talking travel trailer or fifth wheel? Which RV model are you considering?

The very first constraint is your sticker payload of 1900. From that you take off the 1100 of stuff in the truck, leaving you with 800 lbs. for tongue weight
Published tongue weights are ALWAYS very far off. Take the trailer GVWR of 7200 and multiply by a reasonable amount of 12.5%, giving you 900 lbs, so it looks like you could be over....
But before panicking, that is the maximum it could be without going over the trailer GVWR.
It's not safe to shift weight too much from the tongue, as that can induce sway to happen, so keep that %.
But if you can avoid packing everything in the world into the trailer, and you can keep it to 6400 total weight (800 payload availability / 12.5%), you'll be fine. At only 400 lbs added for cargo (5820+400), you are really good. That's packing light.
Also, look up the towing Guide for Ford. I'm pretty sure their payload number includes full fuel, and a 150 lbs for the driver. So you may be double counting the weight you are subtracting from payload for that, which gives you more room for stuff in the trailer.
Only going to a truck scale and getting weights there will give you your real numbers (google "how to", it's easy and cheap, but you do need three passes).

Towing capacity - way more than your trailer needs. You can cross tall mountains with ease (I've done it many times!)

That travel trailer will put about 900 lbs. on the hitch (12 - 13% of the trailer's GVWR), so if you have that left over, you're good to go. I have to ask, though, why are you asking these questions on a Grand Design forum? There is a Keystone forum.

I was wondering the same but then it dawned on me, all of the experienced and knowledgeable folks have a GD. So he came here for real answers. LOL just kidding and poking fun.

Yeah, he answered while I was typing my post, so I didn't see until I got done with mine. Horrors! I helped someone with SOB (Some Other Brand). Oh the shame.....

In all seriousness - the OP's trailer may be close to the limit, but he'll probably be just fine. He just has to watch how many gallons of water and waste he has on board when traveling. Some, but not too much....

I had a 2012 3.5 F-150. GVR was 7200# and 1486# payload, with a 3.55 rear end. Towing our Imagine 2650 I was 200# over on my rear axle and gross weight with just my wife and I. Replacing the "P" tires with "LT" load range E ones got rid of the squishy-squirmy feeling when towing at the expense of a harder unloaded ride and reduced fuel mileage. But I never really felt I had full control when towing.
Rather than spec out a new F-150 with heavier options I made the jump to a F-250.
