Hello, we have a 2019 310gk Solitude.The recline button on one side has stopped working. Heat and vibrate are ok. We have unplugged and plugged back in. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Try turning the recliner over. From the underside, check for pinched or damaged wires, connectors that have been pulled loose, no stressed wires. If you can't find any physical damage, its most likely the controller. unfortunately these are not the highest quality pieces of furniture.
