You don't have to change out the Converter right away, but I would suggest an upgrade for the future.
Since you have Solar Charging available, your Solar panels can charge your battery to 100% and your Converter will supply the load for all the 12v devices inside the camper.
In some ways this is similar to the way I have my system setup, the charger (Inverter/Charger) only charges my batteries to 75% when I am plugged into shore power and I rely on the Solar panels to reach 100% charge.
I have set this up intentionally because I intend to rely on the Solar system for most of my electric energy and Shore Power is only a "stop-gap" measure to keep my batteries from being depleted.David and Peggy

I just replaced the 55A WFCO converter that came from factory with a 60A Progressive Dynamics for LiFePo4 batteries. IMO the hardest part of the whole swap is removing the basement walls to get at it. Just remember to shut off AC power and the DC feed from the battery before you start.

I looked into lithium before going with AGM, and was told by tech support at WFCO that their regular converter (which I believe is in all GD units) would only charge the lithium to about 85%.
This is the Lithium converter/charger I would have bought had I went with lithium batteries. It will handle lithium OR flooded/sealed. All that needs to happen is to change a jumper setting.

You should change the converter. Also a DC to DC charger will help to keep your trucks alternator alive.
