Norcold 2118 fridge won't turn on

Hi everyone, my Norcold 2118 fridge won't turn on. There is nothing displayed on the little screen no matter which buttons I press. I'm not sure if there's a link but I also noticed that the "bedroom slide" is offline in the Lippert OneControl system. Has anyone faced similar issues?

Sounds like a 12v line issue somewhere. Have you checked your fuses on the fuse panel and the ones on the One Control module? There is also a fuse on the backside of the fridge under a black plastic cover.

Try checking outside in your bottom refrigerator air intake compartment. There's a small plastic black box that has two fuses in it. The automotive type 5A mini fuse provides 12V to the refrigerator control board and interior light. The 5A 120V glass fuse is for the 120V heating elements.

Good call. It was not. The OneControl system started working after I turned it to the correct position but the fridge didn't.

Thanks. I have replaced the 5 Amp 12v fuse and the fridge turned on for about 10min but then turned off again.

Are you plugged into shore power? If not are your propane tanks full and the valves opened?

Yes I am plugged into shore power and the propane tanks are full and the valves opened. Not sure if I should try using a 7.5a fuse instead of the 5a?

Might want to test your cooling fans. A bad fan is known for blowing that fuse.
