The first time they replaced the flooring only, which involves removal of both slides, the island, hutch, sofa, and both end cabinets. When it ripped again on his very next trip GD upgraded the rollers and increased the number of them from 3 to 5. My 2019 has 5 (or 6) stationary rollers attached to the floor and glide blocks attached to the slideout itself. I don't believe my glide blocks are wooden but rather some type of composite plastic. Call GD customer service, have your VIN number ready, and open a claim. If GD is upgrading the rollers & glides and adding more of both items then they know this is a problem. With a large capacity refrigerator, a large capacity pantry cabinet, and plenty of cabinets to store stuff all located on that slideout there is just to much possible weight across that area. If GD doesn't make good on a warranty claim you can make repairs yourself but you'll have to over extend that slideout to work on the rollers. You can cutout a matching piece of flooring from several places in the RV... behind storage compartment wall, under the hutch, or under the folding sofa if absolutely needed. Google "RV slideout rollers" as they carry several Lippert rollers. Good luck and keep us updated!
Just discovered one on the left side our kitchen slide near the island of our 2022 311BHS. A little inspection indicates staples scraping the linoleum about 7.5 inches right from the wall. I was able to bend the staples up to keep us on the road but plan to put this on the repair/warranty log next month when we take it in to the dealer.

I had the same thing happen a few times to our 2018 303 a few years ago. It was still under warranty. Grand design was contacted and they authorized additional rollers long ones to be installed on the floor portion. They also replaced all the flooring. Besides for the trim coming lose on the bottom of the kitchen slide I have not had any other problems with it.

Do you know how long the new rollers are? I plan to add some more in the spring to my kitchen slide to save the floor.

Although Grand Design states it has various inspection points, somehow, the slide-out adjustment might not be one of them. Adding additional rollers might help, but we were not convinced this was the answer. Upon closer inspection we discovered that the slide-out causing the damage to the flooring was not adjusted correctly.
At issue was that the slide-out’s “Vertical” adjustment needed attention. In our case the slide-out was not at the same level (Angle) as the trailer’s floor. The outside edge of the slide-out (See 5B) was about 1” higher than the inside edge (See 5A) of the slide-out causing additional weight on the inside slide roller thereby damaging the floor covering. By following the below adjustment procedure, I was easily able to “Level” the slide-out to the trailer floor reducing weight on the inside roller and in addition now the slide-out travels in & out smoothly. I choose to adjust 5B to equal the 5A setting. I also had the slide-out fully open before I measured step 1) 5A and compared to step 2) 5B.
To protect from further damage to the torn floor I place a 3/16” piece of plywood with a 45 degree Lip over the damaged floor facing the slide-out (Where the roller rides) when it is closed. The slide-out easily rolls onto the plywood.

    Hope this helps

We adjusted our slide per the instructions from Lippert. We still see a lot of weight on the vinyl floor in front of the pantry area. Adjustment itself is not the answer but it does help a bit. Problem is that the one roller in this area is not sufficient to handle the weight of the kitchen slide.

Not sure how to fix this. Would like to fix the floor, but if the slideout is going to continue to push/pull on it, my guess is that it's just going to rip again.

"justusdj" Similar thing happened at month ten of ownership during our trip to Glacier National Park in July this year. Found the screw that holds the D ring used for securing the dinette chairs straps worked it way through the bottom of the slide and tore the vinyl flooring. Grand Design to fix under warranty but still a bummer. Otherwise no issues with 5th wheel - 2020 Solitude 372WB.
