I have had lithium batteries, Victron Multiplus II & solar panels for a year & have recently upgraded to 8 100 AH batteries & 12 200 watt solar panels from my original 4 batteries & 8 panels. I’m always interested in learning more info.
LFP batteries will self discharge too, but just at a much slower rate than Lead Acid. And if you are talking about longevity of the battery itself, many of them are rated to 3500+ cycles of charge/discharge.....and those numbers go up if the battery is not taken all the way to 100% SOC and down to zero SOC.
