    There is either a gas pressure issue or a problem with the stove. Gas pressure should be 11"WC. If that is ok then there is a problem with the stove, probably the part that meters gas to the burners and oven.

    I've found the mobil repair guys to be pretty good. Since your trailer is out of warranty, I would go that route. A lot of times the appliance manufacturers will work with them in the case there is a longer warranty period scubas with air conditioners and refrigerators.
    I would avoid the dealer at all costs.

    Actually, I don't cook. At least not much. The DW likes this device (and, therefore, me.... )

    My wife didn't know what a diffuser was or how to use one. I've used one for years. I've made her a convert now. No more mucking with the gas knob to keep it from boiling. The one you linked is the exact one we use.
