Mine would if I put one on. That is why I haven't installed one.

I may still get one to use in a pinch if I need to balance the grey tanks. But because it would stick out that far I would not leave it on there all the time.

Mine does not and so I leave it on all the time. It all depends on how the waste pipe is plumbed.

Mine sticks out but I don’t think it’s that far. Photos can be deceiving though.

My cap is right at the outside edge of the skirting. The e-trailer website shows the depth of the valve to be 5-1/16". That valve would stick out approximately 4-1/2"(+/-) beyond my side skirt. It would be ripe for the ripping. I am sure I would eventually catch it on something.

I have one and while it doesnt stick out that far i dont keep it installed. Got it when one of the gray valves was not closing and it was a lifesaver for that, so now i always keep it with me. (Thank god it wasnt the black tank!)

On my 2019 2800bh, the twist on does stick out. I have used it all season with no issues. I actually like that it sticks out as when I pull up to the dump station, it is easier to see how far to pull up.Click image for larger version.

The twist-on did, and I didn't like it. So instead of the twist on I opted for the permanent glue-on version so it didn’t stick out too far. Was easier than I thought to remove the existing ABS and re-glue a stub for the valve.
