    Disc brake pads?

For those of u that have disc brakes what replacement pad brand are you using semi metalic or ceramic. I used a set from auto zone and the outer pads wore quickly and the slide pins are lubed well and moving freely. These were semi metalic not ceramic.

I haven't needed to replace ours yet, but when I do, all I've ever used are ceramic, so that's what I'll be using on this camper as well. As for brand, I'll probably look at Rock Auto and find a "middle of the road" pad, between price and stopping ability.

If you have the GM pads, you do need to watch the thickness of the new pads. In a pinch I bought a set of AutoZone's premium pads and they were too thick. I personally would stick to ceramic to get more life out of the rotors.
