Furrion hot water on demand 2022 reflection 295rl

my furion seems to randomly blow out exhaust for no reason as it's not on. I hear the igniter try to start by ticking. But I have propane off to not use any while it's sitting.

There should be a control for the on-demand water heater in the bathroom (at least that's where it was on my Reflection). If it is set to on, the system may try to heat the water. If the propane is off, it won't be able to start the fire. Cure: set the control panel to off.

I will look at that tonight, but I was confused as the panel itself was not lit up

Ditto - Sounds like thermostat is on but with no propane it is trying to ignite. After several attempts to start I assume the blower goes into a vent mode to clear out unburned gas that might be present. Then tries to re fire the burner. Not sure how many times it would attempt to start before timing out?

Verified, the TouchPad in the bathroom is powered off. Still having exhaust come out of the furrion

At this point I think I would open the panel and turn off the water heater. This should shut it off till a tech can review the issue for you. Open the outside panel and the switch should be on the left side of the unit.

If for some reason this does not shut the blower off (wiring issue). The fuse is directly above it. I would remove it to disable.

I know I'm late to the conversation but this is our first time with a tankless hot water heater and was researching this as well. I came across this video and seems to be the simplest although you manually activate and turn off once it has run long enough to get the hot water in the lines.
