    Frig not operating during travel

Hi all! We can use your help.
    We have a 2019 337 RLS.

On our last two trips, the refrigerator has not been operating on the propane while traveling .
We checked propane levels in both tanks. Full.
We checked the regulator, and it seems to be operating fine.
We checked the ‘auto’ switch in the frig. Again, fine.
    We checked the breakers. Fine.

We see that there is no power to the frig. Why?

Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions. —

How about the battery disconnect switch? Is it still locked in place?

Have you tried running the fridge on propane when not traveling? Is your fridge in a slide out? Possibly the propane line is getting kinked when retracted?

If there is no power (12VDC) to the fridge, the control board won't operate. Are you seeing anything on the display? If so, what are you seeing? As @livinthelife suggested, check the battery cut-out switch in the basement. If plugged into shore power, check that the breaker for the converter/charger didn't trip and that the 12VDC fuse for the fridge on the power panel is good.

The battery disconnect has been everyone’s first suggestion. We’re currently traveling but when we stop next, we will check that. Thank you!

Well we found the problem. It did appear that the battery disconnect was turned to the off position. Neither one of us intentionally did that, so the only thing we can figure is that it got bumped when moving items in and out of the storage space. Going forward we will definitely be more careful and now we know to check that first!!!!! Thank you all for your help!!!!!

Add a piece of tape to the switch so it will not turn when bumped.

I haven't done it yet but planning on installing a plastic cover you can buy for a thermostat over the battery disconnect switch. Don't understand why it locks on the off position but not in the on position.
