Generator Power Issue

I have a new 2022 GD Refection 260RD and purchased a Onan Cummings 4500i gernerator. Fifth wheel is 50 and generator outlest is 30 amp. I used correct adaptor but when generator is on, A/C will turn on for a brief time then kicks off. I do not have anything else on except some indorr lights. What do I need to do to correct?

Is there an EMS installed?
There was a similar sounding problem like this with an EMS and Inverter Generator needing a bonding plug that jumpers Ground to Neutral inside the plug.
The bonding plug is plugged into one of the generator's outlets.
