Michigan UP (Marquette) Park Recommendations

We will be travelling to the Michigan Upper Peninsula NEXT September/October for my daughters wedding. I would appreciate any first hand recommendations for a park, state or private, near Marquette? I can look-up them up online through RV Trip Wizard but I would prefer a first hand experience recommendation.

We have been camping plenty in Michigan just never in the UP.

I grew up in Northern Wisconsin and tell you, that is the perfect time of the year to be in "Yupper" land. I'm not sure on best places to be around in Marquette but count on your nights being cooler than your use to. Plenty of propane or electrical hook up for heater.
