break away switch
After reading a previous post about break away switch, I thought h,mm where's mine? I see no switch or cable anywhere On our 303? Is this possible? Even looked down inside of pin box.

After further investigation, looks like while 5 wheeler was at tire shop , maybe somebody needed breakaway worse than I did. Wires were cut close to trailer and removed breakaway switch and pull cable, didnt pay any attention at the time I hooked up !! Will buy another switch and cable when we are back from weekend And pay more attention when hooking up!!

Appears to be for all trailers. Check out www.rvda.ca and look in rv regulations brake requirement section and u will see info on all provinces and territories. Correction: Nova Scotia does require breakaway switch.
A lot of different rules out there and u have to be careful. For example: In Ontario the new regs that came in for fifth wheel RV towing don't apply if you have air brakes on trailer (not sure who would though) but as well, only apply when towing a vehicle for personal use; if towing commercially (ie: an rv business delivering a trailer) you would still need a Class A licence (same as required for tractor trailer) if the trailer is over 4600 kg weight (weighed at axles on ground)
