Winter storage - front jacks or all?
So, after the wonderful bit of snow we had here in Harrisburg, PA, we had to go out to our dealer in Apollo to retrieve it yesterday. The 303RLS is fully winterized, but a storage question came up and I didn't find an answer in searching.
When storing a 5th wheel for the winter, can you just use the front jacks or do you need all jacks down and the unit leveled?
Thanks in advance.

I am no expert but I would let all of the jacks down to distribute the weight better. I had a travel trailer for 20 years and never deployed the stabilizing jacks when not using it.

Three years on our 303. I have only used the front. We do a full wash and all preventative maintenance, roof inspection, slide seals etc. and lube all slides. Park it, tires on pads, rodent preventative, a few damp/rid buckets inside and pull the battery. I stop in and check it every couple of weeks.

Damp/Rid buckets are an absorbent product which helps reduce moisture, mold, etc. Effectively a dehumidifier

Moisture is more of a problem in the summer than in the winter for us. In PA, it’s humid in the summer and very dry in the winter. we keep dehumidifier in the trailer year-round, when it isn’t in use.
I also keep the air conditioner set to 85 so that it doesn’t get too hot. That also helps to keep the humidity lower when it runs.Tom and Janice (known as Tom in PGH on the “other” forum)

I use all the jacks and level our 337. Not sure if it mat just what I do. We don't have power in storage so I also have several DampRid buckets. Also have a 50W solar charger to keep the battery charged.

When we used to store our 303 for the winter for all the trailers we have had we would leave a slight angle for water and snow melt runoff. It doesn't really matter if the rear jacks are down or not. Easy enough to lower if you want to do any winter projects inside.
Over time we found it is better to take the trailer to a warmer climate for the winter, it is better for us too ! No winterizing necessary

I put all jacks down, and use Damp rid buckets. I found a lot of condensation, especially on sunny days in the winter, in our other trailer so started using two of the buckets.
