Yes, I understand this and I stated this when I posted my question. I was not aware the RV industry does not work like the automobile industry. I spoke with Grand Design. She said, "any dealer that sells new RV's is considered a dealership for Grand Design or Jayco, however the RV industry does not have the same agreement with the dealerships that the Automobile industry does. I called 5 mobile techs (all we have in our area) only one is willing to work with Grand Design. And that is after I work on getting all the parts, and we must pay, then get reimbursed. And what the mobile tech is saying he requires and what Grand Design will allow...I will owe about $600 difference to have warranty items repaired. It stinks, with our other new GD, we simply took our list, they fixed. done. We just are pretty much on our own since we did not purchase from Aloha RV in Albq the second time.
