Wondering if anyone else here will be camped at the F1 race at COTA this weekend?

Well now I want to be there and am not that far away but just committed to watching other people work all weekend. Curious on what camping costs and is it all boondocking?

Hey @timkoenig - camping includes electric and was $630. Bleacher tickets for three days were $350 each. They have wifi but I'm not expecting much there. They also have on-site laundry, which I'll need. Dump is extra but I'll take care of that at the next stop. I'm at McKinney Falls right now, and this place is great.

Wow, I thought Fort Wilderness in Orlando was expensive but that sounds like more than double Disney. Several years ago Rved at the Talladega 500 but don't remember camping costing much. McKinney Falls is a beautiful place and the Texas weather is just starting be nice. Have fun!

Special events will get you everytime.

We camp at Road America every year for IMSA and now NASCAR. It’s not that bad. It’s $125 per site but that is not trackside and doesn’t include electric. Basically a spot in the grass. Not sure how much the electric sites are.

@timkoenig scratch that, no electric. Everything F1 costs more.
