First pull with my new 2022 303RLS and my 2020 Ram 2500

Well, after submitting a post on "Pulling a 303 with a 3/4 ton truck (don't remember exact wording), we got our 2022 last Saturday and have packed it for our upcoming (tomorrow) trip to TN and AR for two weeks.
We are so up for it and ready to go.

I added airbags to the truck and as of now, 5lbs of air. I'll adjust tomorrow as needed.

Looking fwd to seeing how it will pull. We will do mountains in AR on Mnt. Magazine. I think all will be great.

Thanks to everyone that responded to my other post.....will give feedback on trip.

    Thanks again.

Have a great time and safe travels. If you feel anything it'll be on the hills and curves but think you should be ok unless you over pack like I do

You will have no issues pulling your 303 up to Mt. Magazine State Park. Our F-250 pulls our 303 just fine. There are not a lot of fuel points up there so be advised. The sites can be a little slanted depending on which site you have. Hope the weather gives you incredible sunsets at Mt. Magazine. Do take the trails around the park and the short trail to the bluffs at sunset. The sunsets are spectacular! We love the park and have reservations for Petit Jean and Mt. Magazine in November

If you are headed back to the land of Dorothy and Oz on your way back, the COE CG at Beaver Lake in NWA are very nice. Dam Site River for excellent trout fishing and Pea Ridge National Battlefield and Eureka Springs near by.

    Enjoy the trip

I don't notice mine is even behind me most of the time. We have some pretty serious mountain grades in my area and I love the fact that I can do the speed limit going uphill with no effort and I rarely use the brakes going down hill because the engine compression brakes work so well. I'm not so sure you needed the air springs, I could do with a softer ride and have wondered if the 3/4 ton would have been a better choice.

I will be anxious to hear your post trip report, as we are seriously considering a Ram 2500 as our next truck, and would really like to hear your report.

Could you tell us what your trailer weight is, so we can compare to our trailers.
