Carpet in 303RLS

Has anyone put carpet (either permanant or loosly) in at the top of the steps thru the bathroom?
I was thinking of rough cutting a piece to fit and having it "bound" "binded" or what ever its called.

I have cut up long runners and placed pieces at the top landing and on the step using double sided carpet tape. No issues with the rug coming up at all. It cleaned up fairly easy with rubbing alchohol when it was time for a new runner

The dogs are much more confident running up and down with the added traction. So am I

Ray - we did not do carpet but simply placed a thin rubber back rug (6' X 24" runner) on the steps which extends up and over the vinyl floor landing to the BR. It does not move and stays put very well.

We also placed one of these same runners in front of the fridge and the table covering those areas too. We also have these covering the carpet in the bedroom in front and both sides of the bed.

I think we got all these at Costco years ago for $10/piece and they still look like new. We take our shoes off when entering the camper on the rug in front of the door and place our shoes on a rug next to the breaker/fuse panel so everything stays pretty clean.
