    2021 Solitude Leveling Jacks

    Do you need to lubricate the leveling jacks on a 2021 Solitude
    Married to my High School Sweetheart 45 years, Two Children 5 Grandchildren

    I spray them down with silicone lube and wipe them off pretty good. A wet lube will accumulate dust and grit.

    The short answer is no. The long answer is it is a good idea before raising the jacks to wipe the jacks with a clean rag to prevent dust and dirt from prematurely wearing down the seals. Adding a couple squirts of a silicone lube to the rag which may help prolong the life of the seals. Bottom line, applying some silicone lube will not hurt anything, weather it helps or not is an open question.
